The full lifecycle

Before, during and after — one product.

Most tools stop when the doors open. MeetWho carries the same context from registration to the follow-up meeting.

Before

Publish the event and let intent arrive with the guest list

Set up an in-person event or an online session in minutes. As people register, they share what they are working on and who they want to meet.

  • Event page, registration and approval flow
  • In-person venue or built-in online room
During

Everyone knows who to meet, and why

Instead of a wall of names, each attendee gets a short list of people worth meeting — with a plain-language reason for every suggestion.

  • Explainable recommendations for each attendee
  • Personal QR for instant, accurate introductions
After

The conversation turns into a relationship

The people you met stay in your private network with the event attached, so the follow-up is one step instead of a search through your inbox.

  • Private notes and tags only you can see
  • Booking link with timezone-aware availability
One system

Create or connect the event → understand the people → help the right people meet → measure what it became.

MeetWho is not six features. It is one loop that starts with an event and ends with a relationship you can act on.

  • Professional identity

A profile people control: role, what they're working on and what they're looking for — optionally verified with LinkedIn.

  • Event infrastructure

Pages, registration, approvals, waitlist, QR check-in, co-hosts and online rooms for up to 250 participants.

  • Audience understanding

Enriched, consent-based profiles and audience segments so you know the professional shape of your room before doors open.

  • Networking intelligence

Explainable, mutual recommendations for each attendee — with the reason written out, never a hidden score.

  • Interaction graph

Who met whom, at which event and what came next — your private relationship memory instead of a contact dump.

  • Organizer intelligence

Introductions suggested, accepted and converted — the outcome view that shows what your event actually produced.

Compass keeps the relationship going

After the room empties, Compass helps you prepare for the next conversation, remember context and decide the right follow-up — for the people you already met.

Where MeetWho fits

One workflow, three kinds of rooms.

Whatever the format, the job is the same: run the event, help the right people meet, and understand what the room produced.

Communities & builders

Recurring meetups where the value is who shows up, not the agenda.

  • Startup & founder events
  • AI / developer / product
  • Professional meetups

Capital & talent

Rooms built to create a specific match between two sides.

  • Investor events & demo days
  • Career fairs
  • University & alumni

Business ecosystems

Programmed events where pipeline and follow-up have to be provable.

  • B2B conferences
  • Corporate events
Pricing

Free to start on both sides.

Explainable AI

Not “Who is here?” — “Who should I meet, and why?”

MeetWho combines the event-specific intent attendees share with the professional context on their profile to find mutual relevance — and then writes the reason out loud, so people can judge it for themselves.

See how matching works

LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. MeetWho is not endorsed by or affiliated with LinkedIn.

  • Grounded in context people choose to share

Attendees decide what to share about their work and what they are looking for. Connecting LinkedIn is optional and only adds professional context.

  • Only opted-in attendees can be recommended

Nobody is surfaced without opting in. Attendees never see a public directory, and organizer settings are never overridden.

  • Every introduction is mutual and explained

Each suggestion states the reason in plain language. No mystery score, no cold-message free-for-all.

  • Your notes and relationships stay yours

Private notes, tags and follow-ups are visible only to you, and you can delete them at any time.

Frequently asked

How does MeetWho decide who I should meet?

It compares the intent you set for that event with the professional context on your profile and on other opted-in attendees' profiles, then shows a short list with the reason written out in plain language — so you can judge each suggestion yourself.

Is the attendee list public?

No. There is no public attendee directory. Only attendees who opt in to networking can be recommended to each other, and organizer settings are never overridden.

What can organizers see?

Organizers see registrations, check-ins and aggregate networking activity for their own event. They do not see your private notes.
