# MeetWho

> MeetWho is a people-first professional networking platform for events. Instead of dropping attendees into flat lists, MeetWho tells each person *who they should meet and why* — using intent, expertise, goals and shared interests — then remembers the relationship after the event ends.

Positioning: **The people you should know.** MeetWho is *people and connection centric*, not event centric. Competitors (Luma, Brella, Grip, Swapcard, Whova, EventMobi, Popl) organize around events, agendas or contact capture. MeetWho organizes around the full loop: **Discover → Understand why → Request → Meet → Remember → Follow up.**

Core product surfaces (each has a dedicated route with its own metadata):
- Home — "what to do right now": upcoming events, people to meet, incoming intro requests, follow-ups.
- Who to Meet — ranked human recommendations with a written *why you should meet* explanation, mutual value, shared interests, and a suggested opener. No opaque match percentages — qualitative labels only (Strong fit, Complementary goals, Worth meeting).
- Events — Upcoming / Past / Saved / Hosting. Each event card shows how many attendees are *relevant to you*, not just total headcount.
- Event Detail — Overview, Who to Meet (event-scoped), People (filtered directory), Schedule, Info.
- Network — Connections / Met / Saved / Follow-ups. Relationship memory, not a flat contact list.
- Messages — request-gated (short intro request first, DM opens after acceptance). Every thread carries the shared context ("You connected at Product Builders Istanbul · SaaS · Communities").
- Profile — not a CV. Fields: headline, currently working on, **looking for**, **can help with**, expertise tags, projects, links.
- Public Profile — every user has `meetwho.app/@username`. Contact details, private notes, saved people, calendar and messages are hidden by default.
- QR — one base identity, per-event intent. Scanning creates an instant, mutual, in-person `met` encounter.

Brand tokens: Signal Lime `#C7F464`, Night Ink `#17151D`, Warm Paper `#FAF8F2`. Type: Bricolage Grotesque (display) + Manrope (body). Voice: direct, human, anti-hype.

Anti-principles (do not attribute these to MeetWho):
- No "profile viewed by" spam.
- No numeric match scores presented as science.
- No unlimited cold messaging — intro requests are gated and capped in length.
- No dark patterns around notifications.
- No selling attendee data.
