Cem Kone

Cem Kone is a seasoned CEO, advisor, mentor and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building technology ventures and scaling products, helping and advising startups. He founded and led an accelerator program under StartersHub, providing funding, office space, and mentorship to early-stage founders. Under his leadership, startup program alone secured a $1M strategic investment from Netmarble Korea. StartersHub backed 39+ public portfolio companies, with 2 YC-backed startups and 5 exits. As Division Director at Netmarble, Cem also led one of the company’s most successful multiplayer online title with over 20 million registered users. He later co-founded a mobile game studio that launched 20+ titles, achieving millions of downloads and successfully exiting 3 games to a publisher. Cem's background in Computer Engineering (Yeditepe University) includes deep focus on 3D graphics, AI, virtual reality, and interactive technologies. Early in his career, he developed an online entertainment platform, a CRM application, an online marketplace, 3D simulation tools and immersive interactive experiences for Koç Information Group and contributed to Microsoft systems integration at Turcom Technologies. He also taught certified Microsoft engineering programs at Bilge Adam Institute. A lifelong technologist, Cem has built products across platforms, helped startups scale, and is now pushing the boundaries of what an AI-native startup ecosystem can become.
