The AI trust problem isn’t a prompting problem. It’s an architecture problem. I work at the intersection of AI, systems design, and real-world delivery — helping teams move from idea → spec → production without letting “vibe coding” sneak into critical systems. I’ve spent 20+ years building and scaling platforms for companies like the NBA, HBO Max, and Adult Swim. Today, my focus is on what changes when AI becomes part of the engineering workflow — and how to structure it so it actually works. Recently, that’s looked like: • Designing spec-driven, human-in-the-loop AI workflows used in production environments • Leading live builds for hundreds of engineers at Atlanta AI Week and Microsoft DevDays • Building real systems (like an Atlanta FIFA / MARTA traffic navigator) using agentic AI patterns • Founding and growing the Atlanta Tech Community Network — a hands-on builder ecosystem focused on learning by shipping My work centers on a simple idea: AI is a force multiplier — but without structure, it multiplies mistakes just as fast as progress.
