I am deeply invested in and passionate about development and poverty reduction. I have had firsthand exposure to the effects of poverty on community development, as well as to the catalytic role that small and micro enterprises play in driving sustainable livelihoods. For more than 15 years, I have worked with organizations committed to finding innovative, justice-centered solutions to poverty and inequality. I strongly believe that developing human capacity is a fundamental and transformative pathway to reducing global poverty.
