Manufacturing, Sustainability & Continuous Improvement Leader
Manufacturing Operations & Sustainability leader with a proven track record at Procter & Gamble and Tetra Pak, now completing an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree (IMETE) across three European institutions to bridge industrial operations with circular economy and resource recovery strategy. At Tetra Pak, I served as People Development Pillar Leader, leading the first global pilot of the company's new organizational development model and directing 100+ cross-functional teams using Kaizen, DMAIC and Six Sigma methodologies to a 2% increase in overall process efficiency across multiple production lines. I designed and launched the Accelerated People Development Program (APDP), reducing onboarding time and lifting the technical competency of 45+ new operators by 30% within their first year, and built a digital reporting system giving real-time visibility into skill gaps for 100+ employees. At Procter & Gamble, I owned the digital e-Defect Handling system and used Power BI to analyze 500+ critical process parameters, driving a 15% reduction in mechanical defects. I was a core member of the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar, contributing to the site's progress toward AM Step 5, the global benchmark for operational excellence, and served as Campus Ambassador, running national career events reaching 1,500+ students. My academic foundation is a triple-major background in Food, Bioengineering and Chemical Engineering (Ege University, High Honors), now extended through the IMETE joint degree at UCT Prague, IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and Ghent University, covering industrial water management, resource recovery, waste valorization and circular economy strategy across three countries. I hold ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 Lead Auditor certification, and completed leadership programs through the McKinsey Forward Program and the Harvard-affiliated Aspire Leaders Program. I'm completing my degree in 2027 and actively building toward a Continuous Improvement, Sustainability, or Operations Management leadership role in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands or Belgium, ideally through a thesis partnership or graduate programme starting in the same window. Open to connecting with industry leaders, alumni and talent partners across the DACH and Benelux manufacturing and sustainability space.
