I used to run my own client acquisition agency. Built it from scratch, hit decent months, learned a lot, then slowly watched it wind down. Now I work at notus, a Switzerland-based personal branding agency, as a GTM engineer. Which is a fancy way of saying I figure out how to turn LinkedIn content into actual pipeline for founders and executives. My background is in paid acquisition, Meta ads specifically, where I learned how attention actually works and what makes someone stop scrolling. Now I apply that same thinking to GTM systems and outreach. I build the infrastructure that connects content to revenue. The less it needs me to run, the better I have done my job. I came up through running my own acquisition agency, which taught me that distribution is the real product. Everything else is secondary. I'm 23, fully remote, and trying to build something meaningful while actually living in the process. Not deferring the good stuff for later. Currently based wherever I want to be :)
