A Plus member can receive up to 10 recommendations.
If the organizer limits the event to 5 recommendations, the Plus member receives up to 5.
If only 3 relevant attendees have opted into networking, the member receives 3.

Yes. Creating, publishing and managing an event on MeetWho is free for organizers.
Are events created directly on MeetWho?
Yes. Organizers create their event pages, collect registrations and manage attendees directly through MeetWho.
Does MeetWho charge a ticketing commission?
No. MeetWho does not take a percentage from event registrations or ticket sales.
Can organizers keep the attendee list private?
Yes. Curated Networking keeps the complete attendee list hidden. Attendees only see relevant people recommended specifically to them.
Can organizers disable networking?
Yes. Organizers can choose Curated Networking, Open Networking or Networking Off for each event.
Does Plus reveal hidden attendees?
No. Plus never overrides organizer settings, attendee consent or privacy preferences.
Does every attendee appear in recommendations?
No. Attendees must actively choose to participate in networking before their profiles can be recommended.
What happens if an attendee stays on Free?
Free members can still join events, create a profile, receive up to three introductions per event, send a limited number of introduction requests and message mutual connections.
Why should I upgrade to Plus?
Plus is designed for people who attend events regularly. It provides more recommendations, deeper context, conversation starters, follow-up tools and a better way to manage professional relationships.
Can organizers limit how many people attendees see?
Yes. Organizers can set a maximum recommendation limit for their event. Organizer settings always take priority over subscription limits.
Can attendees cancel Plus at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is the annual plan refundable?
Annual subscription and refund terms are explained clearly before purchase and in the MeetWho Terms of Service.
