Terms of Service

The rules of a quieter network.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and ROLF 360 Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım Ajansı Ltd. Şti. (“MeetWho”). Read them — they set out how you may use the service, what we promise, and what happens if things go wrong.

01

Who we are & how to reach us

The service MeetWho is operated by ROLF 360 Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım Ajansı Limited Şirketi, Levent, Karanfil Sokağı No:13, 34330 Beşiktaş / Istanbul, Türkiye — Beşiktaş V.D. 7352015577. General contact: hello@meetwho.app. Legal counsel: Genç Partnersbahadir@genc.partnersgenc.partners.

02

The service

MeetWho is an event networking intelligence platform that (a) hosts your public profile at meetwho.app/@username, (b) recommends people worth meeting at events with a written reason, (c) records connections, encounters and follow-ups, and (d) enables event pages, group chats, scheduling and calendars. We are not the organiser of third-party events discoverable through the service.

03

Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • One person, one account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and enable multi-factor authentication where offered.
  • Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role, employer or affiliations.
  • You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closure is subject to our retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
04

Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

  • spam, mass-message, or send identical unsolicited requests;
  • harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against anyone, including on the basis of protected characteristics;
  • post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, including fake profiles, fake events, deceptive intent, or content that violates a third party's intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights;
  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-export profiles, event data, or attendee lists outside the tools MeetWho provides;
  • use the service to train a machine-learning model on other users' personal data without their explicit permission;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, probe for vulnerabilities (except through our responsible-disclosure channel), or bypass security measures;
  • overload the service, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • sell, transfer, or share your account, or create accounts to evade a suspension or block;
  • use the service in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering laws.
05

Your content & licence

You keep all rights in the content you submit — profile fields, projects, event pages, notes, messages and uploads (“Your Content”). You grant MeetWho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the service consistent with your visibility settings. This licence ends when you delete Your Content, except for (i) content already shared with other users and (ii) anonymised backups pending scheduled rotation.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

06

Events, organisers & connections

If you host an event on MeetWho, you are responsible for the accuracy of its details, its lawful operation, communications with attendees, and any refunds. Attendees join events on the terms you publish. If you connect with, meet, transact with, or hire another user, you do so at your own risk — MeetWho is a directory and recommendation layer, not a party to that relationship.

07

Recommendations

MeetWho generates recommendations from the information you and others share. Every recommendation is accompanied by a written reason. Recommendations are informational and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or employment advice. We do not guarantee that a recommended person will accept your request, that a meeting will occur, or that any specific outcome will follow.

08

Subscriptions, fees & refunds

  • Core features are free. Paid tiers (currently MeetWho Plus at $3.99/month or the discounted annual price shown at checkout) unlock advanced networking features.
  • Billing is processed by Polar and/or Stripe. You authorise recurring charges at the interval you selected until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT/KDV as noted at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that are your legal obligation.
  • You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • EU/UK/Turkish consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. By starting to use the paid features immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the service beginning within that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
  • We may issue refunds at our discretion for genuine service failures. Contact hello@meetwho.app.
09

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (Google, Apple, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Polar, Stripe, Google Analytics, Hotjar). Their own terms apply when you use them; we choose providers that meet our privacy and security bar. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or events discovered through the service.

10

Intellectual property

The MeetWho name, logo, wordmark, product designs, source code, documentation and the compilation of the service are owned by ROLF 360 and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the licence expressly granted to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.

11

Notice & takedown

If you believe content on MeetWho infringes your rights (copyright, trademark, personality, privacy) send a notice to hello@meetwho.app including: your identity, contact details, the exact URL, a description of the right you claim and its factual basis, and a good-faith statement. We will review and act within a reasonable time.

12

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, threatens other users, exposes the platform to material legal or security risk, or is inactive for more than 24 months — with prior notice where reasonably possible. You may terminate at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination (ownership, licences you granted, indemnity, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) continue in force.

13

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific meeting, opportunity or result will occur.

14

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetWho and its officers, employees, agents and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in that period, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer rights, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).

15

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless MeetWho against third-party claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

16

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, those rights are preserved. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

17

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced at least 15 days before they take effect via in-product notice or email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account before the change applies.

18

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the documents they reference, are the entire agreement between you and MeetWho on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Notices to us: hello@meetwho.app.
