Run events people leave with new relationships.
Create your event in MeetWho or connect the one you already run. Opted-in attendees get a short, explainable list of who to meet — and you see whether the room created real connections.
Free core event creation · No credit card · 0% MeetWho ticket commission*
Per-event opt-in · No public attendee directory · No paid ranking
*Payment provider fees still apply on paid tickets.

Example workflow. Only opted-in attendees can be recommended, and organizers see aggregates — never private activity.
Create with MeetWho, or connect the event you already run.
You do not have to move your ticketing to get the networking layer. Both paths reach the same attendee experience and the same outcome reporting.
Run the whole event, with networking built in.
- Event page
- Registration, approvals and waitlist
- Tickets
- QR check-in
- Core networking
Keep your ticketing. Add the networking layer.
- Supported Luma connection
- CSV attendee upload
- Your existing ticketing stays in place
- Audience understanding
- Networking outcome reporting
Before, during and after — all of it visible.
Nothing important is hidden behind a tab. Each stage does one job for you and one job for your attendees.
- 1. Before
Understand who is actually coming.
Attendees state their intent when they opt in, so the guest list becomes structured signal instead of a spreadsheet of names.
- Intent: what people are looking for and can help with
- Consented professional context, per event
- Audience composition you can plan the room around
- 2. During
Every attendee arrives with a short list.
Recommendations carry a plain-language reason both people can read. Introductions are mutual, and nothing starts before both sides agree.
- Explainable recommendations, never a hidden score
- Mutual introductions — messaging opens only after acceptance
- Attendee-initiated QR connections at the venue
- 3. After
Report the relationships, not just the turnout.
The networking funnel closes with attendee-confirmed connections, summarised in an Event Network Report you can share.
- Networking funnel from opt-in to confirmed connection
- Attendee-confirmed connections, counted honestly
- Event Network Report for sponsors and partners
- Create or connect
- Understand the room
- Guide introductions
- Measure the outcome
A networking experience attendees can understand and trust.
Matching only creates value when people believe it. Networking is a separate, per-event choice — and attendees keep control of it from start to finish.
- Registering for an event does not mean consenting to networking.
- Networking is a separate opt-in for each event.
- There is no public attendee directory.
- There is no open DM stream on your guest list.
- There is no paid ranking — sponsorship never buys visibility.
- Messaging starts only after an introduction is accepted.
- Attendees can leave networking at any time, and can block or report.
Attendee controls
- Opt in or out of networking per event
- Decide what professional context is shared
- Accept or silently decline any introduction
- Leave, block or report at any time
Organizers can see
- Registration and check-in for their own event
- Aggregate networking opt-in and recommendation coverage
- Aggregate intro requests, acceptances and confirmed connections
- Safe audience segments above the privacy threshold
Organizers cannot see
- Private messages between attendees
- Personal notes and AI drafts
- Compass conversations and relationship memory
- Calendar details and private availability
- Who blocked or reported whom
- Any individual attendee's private recommendation ranking
Attendance shows reach. Connections show value.
Sponsors, partners and your own community ask the same question after every event: did the right people actually meet? The Event Network Report answers it with a funnel you can defend.
What the Event Network Report contains
- Registration and check-in
- Networking opt-in rate
- Recommendation coverage
- Intro requests and acceptance
- Attendee-confirmed connections
- Safe audience segments
- Aggregate unmet demand in the room
- Suggestions for your next event
Professional and behavioural aggregates are suppressed below 10 people. Organizer Pro does not remove that threshold. Numbers above are an illustrative example, not customer data.

Built for rooms where the right introduction changes the outcome.
Startup & founder events
Founders, operators and early teams meeting the people who can actually unblock the next step — with a reason attached to every suggestion.
AI, developer & product communities
Technical rooms where relevance comes from what people are building and can help with, not from a hidden skill score.
Investor events & demo days
Founders and investors matched on stated intent and focus. MeetWho never scores investment quality or ranks companies for anyone.
Professional meetups & communities
Recurring communities where the same faces should become a real network instead of a room of nodding strangers.

Before you publish
Do attendees have to share their data with me?
No. Registering for your event is not consent to networking — that is a separate opt-in per event. You get aggregate reporting for your own event, never a scraped contact list and never a public attendee directory.
What exactly can I see, and what can I never see?
You can see registration and check-in for your event, plus aggregate networking opt-in, recommendation coverage, intro requests and acceptances, attendee-confirmed connections and safe audience segments. You can never see private messages, personal notes, AI drafts, Compass conversations, calendar details, block or report activity, or any individual's private recommendation ranking.
How are recommendations decided?
From what attendees write themselves — what they are looking for and what they can help with — plus the professional context they consented to share and the event itself. Every recommendation carries a plain-language reason both people can read. There is no paid ranking: sponsorship never changes who is recommended.
Do I have to move off my current ticketing?
No. You can create the event in MeetWho, or connect an event you already run through the supported Luma connection or a CSV attendee upload. Your existing ticketing and registration flow stay exactly where they are.
How do you keep the guest list free of spam?
Introductions are mutual and gated: a request needs a reason, can be declined silently, and messaging only opens after acceptance. There is no open DM stream, and attendees can leave networking, block or report at any time.
What is the difference between Organizer Free and Organizer Pro?
Organizer Free covers core events, registrations, tickets, approvals, waitlist, check-in, core networking, a basic outcome dashboard, manual Luma or CSV snapshots and raw export, with 1 calendar and 2 full seats. Organizer Pro adds Full Profile Intelligence, dynamic segmentation, the Event Network Report, advanced networking analytics, live and scheduled source connections, Organizer AI, campaigns and automations, custom event and email branding, 5 full seats and event-scoped attendee networking benefits.
Does Organizer Pro unlock more attendee-level detail?
No. Pro deepens aggregate intelligence and reporting. Professional and behavioural aggregates stay suppressed below 10 people, and private attendee activity stays private on every plan.
Do attendees need a paid plan to network at my event?
No. Core networking is available to attendees at your event for free. Organizer Pro can extend event-scoped networking benefits to your attendees; that is limited to your event and is not a global Attendee Plus subscription.
Your next event deserves real conversations.
Create the event in MeetWho, or connect the one you already run. Either way, the room shows up ready — and you can prove what it produced.
Networking stays opt-in for every attendee.
