Can I use MeetWho without paying?
Yes. You can create a professional profile, join events, use consent-based event networking and keep your core connections on the Free plan. No payment card is required to start.
Does Plus show me private or hidden attendees?
No. Plus never reveals private profiles, contact details or people who did not opt into networking. Event settings, visibility controls, blocks and consent apply equally to every plan. Plus may surface additional recommendations from the same opted-in, eligible event pool.
What will I be charged today?
Monthly is $3.99 billed each month. Annual is $29.99 billed once per year. Applicable taxes and the exact amount due are shown before you confirm payment.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Plus renews at the billing interval you choose until you cancel renewal. Your checkout and billing page show the next renewal date and price.
Can I cancel Plus at any time?
You can cancel renewal from Settings → Subscription. Your Plus access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not delete your profile, mutual connections or private relationship data.
Are payments refundable?
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you experienced a verified service failure or a duplicate charge, contact hello@meetwho.app. The policy shown at checkout and in our Terms applies.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Your profile, mutual connections and existing private notes are not deleted. Plus-only creation and automation tools stop at the end of the paid period. Your billing page shows the exact change before you confirm it.
Is event hosting free for organisers?
Core event hosting is free and does not require an organiser subscription. If MeetWho introduces separately priced high-cost or organisation features, you will see the price before enabling them.
Which currency and taxes apply?
Public prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before payment. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion fee.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Paid orders include a receipt or invoice from the legal seller shown at checkout. You can download billing documents and update eligible billing details from the customer billing portal.
